Lodging

At the Hilton Head Jazz Camp, we are continuing to offer limited overnight lodging to our out-of-town students at a well established 3-star hotel, only a few miles from the location of the camp.  We have negotiated an incredible package for our students including a full seven day and six nights of accommodations, with all meals and transportation provided.  This package price also includes breakfast, lunch,  camp tuition and daytime activities.  Students will need to provide spending money for dinner and evening activities.  Past evening activities have included trips to Savannah, going to a movie, playing mini-golf, swimming at the beach, attending community concerts and much more!  Transportation to camp and activities is provided in fully-insured vehicles driven by our camp faculty and staff.

Overnight lodging is available to out-of-town students from ages 14-20 and will be supervised by camp faculty and staff who will also be staying at the hotel.  Families who wish to book a suite for the entire week with their student should indicate this option on the registration form and we will give you directions on how to book directly for this discounted rate.

Each suite is complete with two queen beds, HDTV, wireless internet, large bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave with many other hotel features, such as scheduled usage of the outdoor pool and meeting space.  Their are also several restaurants, shops and a grocery store adjacent to the hotel for dining options.

With most camps offering dorm accommodations, our incredible lodging package is for three students per suite to provide an incredibly comfortable stay.   All students participating in overnight lodging must agree to the HHJC code of conduct and receive a housing questionnaire in their full registration packet to indicate their preferred choice of roommates and any special requests.

Full details regarding accommodations including location and directions will be sent with the final registration packet.
